Salford Primary Care Together (SPCT) is a community interest company dedicated to supporting General Practice and enhancing healthcare across Salford. Our membership includes GP practices within the Salford locality, with a shared goal of placing General Practice at the core of integrated care for our community.
Through close collaboration with our members and key partners, we strive to advocate for:

As both a membership organisation and a service provider, SPCT directly delivers essential patient-facing services. These include our comprehensive primary urgent care services, general practice, and an inclusion service aimed at tackling health inequalities.
SPCT understands the importance of continuous adaptation within a dynamic healthcare landscape. As Primary Care Networks (PCNs) grow and establish themselves as vital support systems for local practices and communities, SPCT is committed to a supportive role, where needed, enhancing healthcare delivery through collaboration and partnership.
As a community interest company, we are also committed to investing in Social Impact Projects to help improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Salford and look forward to dedicating our resources towards this.
